On Monday we had a very long weekend. The kids had Monday and Tuesday off from school for Victoria day. I remember when I was a kid, on Victoria day we would always drive down to Kalispell for the day. We used to camp at Blaine Lake, and we had a dock there, so my Dad wanted to check the water out, and see if the dock survived another winter. Plus, we all love Kalispell, so it was a chance to see our second home. Victoria Day always makes me think of my sister Jo because her Birthday is May 21, and always falls close to the long weekend. We didn't get a chance to go and celebrate with her, but we tried to find other ways to fill up the weekend.
Marcus did some vacuuming. He made it even more fun by listening to the iPod while he was doing it.
Drew took the boys for "a walk". The walked over to the mall and saw "The Avengers". Phoenix's favorite character was "the Green Guy". He has been walking around all week, doing the Hulk face and growling.
Taylor loves to be in her stroller and go for walks. She likes to sit in her stroller in the back yard and chase her brothers around.
